Experience

Red Hills Associates is headed by Robin Colson, a 30-year performance improvement professional. She earned her PhD in Instructional Design at Florida State University and honed her skills in corporate training and professional services consulting. After her first child was born in 1998, Robin made the leap to work for herself. Since then, she has provided training, development, and process improvement services to businesses, state agencies, and non-profits throughout the southeast.
