Data Analytics for State Workforce Agency Staff : Instructional Design

When a national association of state workforce agencies wanted to develop online Data Validation & Analytics curricula for all 50 state workforce agencies, Red Hills Associates was one of the vendors contracted with to provide instructional design services. This curriculum is being rolled out as part of a national effort to support state workforce agencies that were hard-hit during the pandemic as millions of furloughed workers filed for unemployment benefits and still often continue to receive them today.
